Use the Customization and Incentive form to customize your institution’s unique survey and plan your outreach and incentive program.
Provide a list of all email addresses that will be used solely to distribute the survey, the list will be deleted after the survey closes, and identifying information will not be tied to individual responses. For detailed information about why we request the list of email addresses, click here.
Promote the NASCE on campus. Throughout the process, SCRI will assist with promoting and advertising the survey on campus, to ensure a good response rate. Use the SCRI Marketing Packet to create a marketing plan to increase participation.
Once the survey is launched, SCRI sends 4 email invitations over 12 days (the link to the survey is provided in the emails). After the first email, subsequent emails are only sent to non-respondents.
Once the survey is closed, SCRI will analyze the data and provide a presentation, final report, infographic, data frequencies, and data crosstabulations within 30-60 business days.
